Representation Matters

Representation matters

Social Media Campaign

IWBI’s 'Representation Matters' campaign, was a groundbreaking initiative by our health organization dedicated to fostering a future where inclusivity and diversity thrive. Committed to building spaces where every individual feels not only welcome but also seen and heard, we are implementing pioneering policies. Through this campaign, we aimed to amplify the voices of marginalized communities, ensuring that everyone has access to spaces where their unique identities are acknowledged and valued.

Post copy: Universal design isn’t always about what we see—it also includes what we can (and can’t) hear. Implementing devices for supporting enhanced speech intelligibility, bolstering hearing accessibility and preventing acoustic disturbances are best practices of both universal design and the WELL Standard.
Introducing a holistic approach to addressing acoustical comfort and speech intelligibility in the built environment will help support the success of more people and is why #RepresentationMatters #RepresentationwithWELL
